“Not what I thought it would be. Was not informed the cemetary stop was canceled due to All Saints Day. If I'd known I would have rescheduled. That was very disappointing. Bus did not drive by many places we wanted to see, disappointing. “This tour was terrific! Kin of K’s Luxury Tours called us personally the night before to let us know what time to expect him at our hotel. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing facts and history as we drove to Oak Alley. We had a tour and lunch at the plantation, a beautiful place with a terrible history of slavery. The exhibits did a good job of bringing this history to light. Kin picked us up right on time and we were off to the swamp. He made sure we had one of their best tour guides. “Absolutely one of the best tours we ever did. Kin was extremely informative and knew the answer to every question we had. The van was spotless and super comfortable. Although in both the plantation and the swamp we had different tour guides, Kin was still very knowledgeable in both areas. Captain Dustin at the swamp was a hoot! We laughed the entire tour.
